Bears were abundant in Sequoia National Park

It was hot in Death Valley. 129 degrees and it was slightly overcast that day. Set the record for July 6th.

Death Valley didn't look like I thought it would. The valley is located in between two mountain ranges that peak at over 11, 000 feet. Here is 242 feet below sea level. The drastic change in elevation is astounding.

The Orginal 20 Mule Team Borax Mine

The Devil's Golf Course

A wild cat at Badwater. Badwater is lowest point in North America at -282 feet below sea level. This little guy was just trying to cool off

Another shot of Badwater.

Did you have time to see Scotty's Castle, Ubehebe Crater, Darwin Falls, Marble Canyon, or Titus Canyon?
